In a world where natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, floods, and the risk of outdated technology threaten to wipe away precious memories, Save Your Photos Month, which is held each September, was created to help educate individuals on how to safeguard their cherished memories before disaster strikes. In this class, individuals will learn how to create their family’s photo legacy using their print and digital photos. The class will cover the basics of sorting and organizing, best editing practices, and safe-keeping solutions for print and digital photos. The class is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Class dates are both September 9 and September 12 at Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center, 2051 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA.
